Citiwise works on a small number of projects at a time, of any kind and anywhere in Maharashtra, for landowners, developers and architects. Most of the time and money a project loses is lost before construction starts, when the design, the rules and the numbers are worked out one after another. We work them out together, and every project starts from a feasibility study.

Before you buy land

We check the land records, the Development Plan and the road widths against the site, and sign the study, so you know what the land holds before you pay for it.

Before you submit drawings

We check a drawing set against UDCPR before it goes to the Planning Authority, and return a list of what to change, each item with its clause.

Design to building permission

We test a concept against the study, with the layout, parking and floor plate worked out together, and then prepare the drawings for building permission.
