Changelog
Every change to a rule, with its clause.

A plot can now have curved sides and rounded corners, and margins and road widening follow them.
- 3.3.12, 3.3.13: the junction rounding note no longer appears where the corner is already drawn round.

These readings changed:
- The building Citiwise fits is now the fewest floors that use at least 98% of the potential. Taller options are still listed.
- A building stays below 500 m² a floor, and so out of 1.3(93)(xiv), whenever that already uses the potential.
- 7.8: IT buildings take their FSI in the industrial zone too.
- 6.4 and Table 6-H: industrial buildings in the industrial zone take their margins and FSI from Table 6-H.
- 13.6(B): a special building with a fire tower needs one lift plus the tower's lift, not a second lift and staircase.
- Table 12-A, 12-G and 12-K: water and sanitation for hospitals by beds and hotels by rooms.
- Table 7-A: the additional FSI for hotels, hospitals and IT is now in the premium total.
The report now draws the open space taken off the floor plate, says when a drawn plot differs from the area entered, and lists approvals and items to confirm on their own sheets.

Public at citiwise.in: the site, a printable report, and a connector for Claude, ChatGPT and other apps.
These readings changed:
- Table 6-D: side and rear margins follow the road-width row (note 1), with H/5 once the row's own height is passed (6.2.3(b)). Where some authorities read by plot size, a note says so.
- Special buildings, 1.3(93)(xiv) and 3.3.9: 6 m on every side above 24 m, and for listed uses with a floor of 500 m² or more, with the 12 m road they need.
- 6.1.2(b): congested assembly buildings and mangal karyalayas take non-congested margins; other congested buildings switch above 24 m, not at it.
- 6.0 and Table 6-C: congested holdings over 0.4 ha take non-congested margins.
- 6.10.1(i): the height limit leaves out a parking floor up to 6 m.
- 6.10.1(ii): every use needs a 12 m road above 24 m.
- Table 6-E: colleges and mangal karyalayas take 3 m on all sides.
- 9.27.1: one lift above 15 m, two above 24 m.
- Table 8-B: no parking for bungalows up to 300 m² and row houses up to 100 m²; carpet bands without gaps.
- Table 9-G: houses above G+2 need 1.0 m stairs.
- 7.8.2, 7.8.3: IT FSI on 12, 18 and 27 m roads applies everywhere, not only in MMR and Pune.
