Help with Citiwise

Write to hello@citiwise.in or message +91 94048 28701 on WhatsApp. A person reads every message.

A question about a figure

Send the study's link with your question. Every figure in a study carries its UDCPR clause, so tell us which figure and what you expected; if a figure is wrong, we correct it and say so in the changelog.

Using Citiwise in ChatGPT or Claude

Citiwise needs no sign-in. If the app does not answer, check that Citiwise is connected in the app's settings, then ask again with the town, the plot area and the road width. The apps and API page shows how to connect it in each app.

Deleting a shared study

Send the study's link to hello@citiwise.in and we will delete it. The privacy policy sets out what Citiwise keeps and for how long.

Citiwise checks feasibility under UDCPR 2020. Your planning authority has the final say.
