Connect
Connect once with the link below.
Add Citiwise to your AI app once and then just ask, the way you would ask a colleague. If you attach a 7/12 or a DP remark, your app reads the plot details from it and passes them on. You get the same numbers as this site, each with its clause, plus a link to the full report.

- Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds it under Organization settings.
- Name:
Citiwise. URL: the one above. - Authentication: No sign-in. Leave request headers empty.
- Open a new chat and ask.
In Claude and ChatGPT the answer also comes as a small card with the numbers and a link to the full report.
ChatGPT
- On the web, open Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode.
- Create an app with the URL above and no authentication.
- In a chat, pick Citiwise from the tools menu and ask.
As a skill
The skill tells Claude how to use Citiwise well: which facts to ask for, how to read a 7/12 or a DP remark you attach, and how to write the answer as a short feasibility note with a clause next to every number. Add the connector above first, then download the skill and upload it in Claude under Settings, Capabilities, Skills. In Claude Code, unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http citiwise https://citiwise.in/mcp
Codex
In ~/.codex/config.toml:

Cursor
In ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

Drawing a plot from a sketch
When a plot comes as a sketch or a measurement sheet, send its sides in order with either the angles at the corners or the diagonals, in metres or feet. Citiwise works out the exact corners, checks every measurement that is given twice, and says plainly where they disagree. It returns the plot ready for feasibility and a link that opens it drawn in Citiwise.
curl https://citiwise.in/api/plot \
-H 'content-type: application/json' \
-d '{"unit":"ft","sides":[{"length":60,"beyond":"road","width":30},{"length":40},{"length":60},{"length":40}],"right_angles":true,"town":"Kolhapur","use":"flats"}'
Giving the user the report
Every feasibility answer carries a short summary with the figures and their clauses, a report_url that opens the full study in any browser, and two PDF files to attach or send: report_pdf_url for the A4 feasibility study and site_plan_pdf_url for the A3 site plan. The full description for agents is in openapi.json and llms.txt.
Any assistant that can open a link
An assistant that browses the web, or anything that can open a URL, can ask Citiwise with a plain link and read the answer, which includes the link to the printable report.
https://citiwise.in/api/feasibility?town=Pune&area=1000&road=12&use=flats
Area is in m² and road width in metres. Add zone=c for the congested area, land_use, upper_floors or stilt=1 as needed. /api/compare takes the same link and lists every use.
Try
What can I build on a 650 m² plot in Nashik? 12 m road on the south, neighbours on the other three sides, non-congested, residential zone.
Check this design: G+4, 15.6 m high, built-up 1,480 m², margins 3, 3, 3, 4.5.
What does UDCPR 6.2.6 say?
Tools
| Tool | What it returns |
|---|---|
feasibility | One use on one plot: area statement, FSI, height, margin on every side, the building that fits, parking, water, stairs, lifts, fire tanks, open space, NOCs, and the report link. |
compare_uses | Every use on the same land, allowed or why not, in a fixed order. Not a ranking. |
check_design | A proposal against the rules: pass or fail per item. |
clause | The text of a regulation or table. |
search_udcpr | Lines of the regulation containing your words. |
towns | Towns and planning authorities, with their class. |
Every tool only reads. Nothing you send is stored.

Optional: polygon, zone (nc or c), land_use, road_widening, road_widening_side, reservation, handed_over, stilt, ground_height, floor_height, upper_floors, units (the unit mix, each {"type":"2 BHK","count":12,"carpet":60}; leave a count out to work it out), or flats with carpet for one type, asr_rate, tdr_generating_rate, plot_origin, beds, rooms, seats, use_carpet, sprinklers, tod, power_line_kv.
