What you can build on a plot in Mahabaleshwar
UDCPR 2020 as updated till 30.01.2025
UDCPR 2020 does not apply in Mahabaleshwar. Clause 1.1(i) of UDCPR leaves out the Hill Station Municipal Councils, and building there follows its own regulations. Citiwise checks plots under UDCPR only, so it cannot give you the figures for a plot here. Your planning authority can tell you which regulations apply and what they allow.
