10.8.5 The minimum area for cluster in Urban Renewal Scheme (URS), under regulation no.14.8.1(i),

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

shall be 4000 sq.m. both for congest and non-congested areas. All other regulations of URS shall be applicable as per regulation no.14.8.
