14.10.12 Sale Permission

It would be obligatory on the part of the developer firstly to provide for basic infrastructure and as such no permission for sale of plot / flat shall be allowed unless the basic infrastructure is

provided by the developer to the satisfaction of the Authority. In case the development is

provided in phases & sale permission is expected after completion of phase-wise basic infrastructure, such permission may be granted by the Authority. Before granting such sale permission, developer has to submit undertaking about the basic infrastructure to be provided and completed phase wise. The plots earmarked for amenities, facilities and utilities shall also be simultaneously developed phase-wise along with IT / support services development.
