14.8.13

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

Non-conforming activities - All activities which are existing shall be allowed to be re- accommodated regardless of the non-conforming nature of such activities, excepting those which are hazardous and highly polluting and those where alternative accommodation has already been provided elsewhere by the Promoter / Developer / Municipal Corporation.
