5.2.1.2

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

Provisions mentioned in Regulation No.6.10 shall be applicable with following changes :-

Distance between Two Buildings - The distance between two buildings shall be 6.0 m. or H / 5 of the taller building between the two adjoining buildings, whichever is more. (Where H - Height of building above ground level)
