9.10.3 The Authority may require rain water pipes to be connected to a drain or sewer through a

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

covered channel formed beneath the public foot path to connect the rain water pipe to the road gutter or in any other approved manner, if not used for rain water harvesting. Rain water pipes shall be affixed to the outside of the walls of the buildings or in recesses or chases cut or formed in such walls or in such other manner as may be necessary.
