9.22 Parapet

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

Parapet walls and handrails provided on the edges of roof terraces, podium, balcony, varandahand recreational floor shall not be less than 1.0 m. and not more than 1.2 m. in height from the finished floor level. In case of occupancies like educational, health etc. such parapet may be permitted upto 2.00 m. height.
