UDCPR 2020 / Chapter 9, Requirements of part of building

9.4.1 Size of bath room and water closet

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

Minimum size shall be as under -

i) Independent Bath room 1.00 m. x 1.20 m.

ii) Independent Water closet 0.9 m. x 0.9 m.

iii) Combined bath room and water closet 1.50 sq.m. with minimum width or 1.00 m.
