9.7.1 Size of Mezzanine Floor

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

The minimum size of the mezzanine floor shall be as per requirement and convenience of owner. The aggregate area of such mezzanine floor shall in no case exceed 50% of (1) carpet area of that room, shops, etc. Where loft is provided in the room, the mezzanine floor shall not be allowed.

Note - Mezzanine floor area shall be counted towards FSI.
