10.10.4 Allowance of premium FSI in lieu of TDR

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

In addition to the quantum of premium FSI mentioned in Table 6-A of Regulation No.6.1.1 and Table 6-G of Regulation No.6.3, the additional premium FSI to the extent of TDR mentioned in the said table shall be allowed till the generation of TDR in Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation area (1) and CIDCO as a Planning Authority by virtue of NTDA.
