10.2.9 For the sake of Regulations No.1.3.74, No.1.3.93 (xiv)(i) and No.6.2.3(b) High Rise Building

UDCPR 2020 as amended to 30.01.2025

/ Special Building means any multi-storied Residential Building, which is under redevelopment, and which is more than 25.0 m. in height above average surrounding ground level.
